Enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home, which easily accommodates 1 or 2 families, with a maximum sleeping capacity of 8.  For your enjoyment the home has its own private screened in pool, and is located in the gated community of Sunset Lakes.   It is conveniently located to all the Disney World parks, shopping, restaurants, and other Orlando attractions.

Our home offers everything you will need to enjoy your vacation.  The master suite has a king-size bed, cable TV, large shower, Jacuzzi bathtub, double sinks and access to the pool.  The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and cable TV, while the third bedroom has two twin size beds and cable TV with a DVD player. There are plenty of bed linens and towels for your use during your stay.  For your convenience, the home also has a washer and dryer. The home is beautifully furnished.  The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. You'll find everything you need should you decide to eat in. If you like to barbeque, help yourself to the gas grill.

The living room is equipped with cable TV, and a stereo  The sofa also converts to a queen size sleeper.  Just off the living room is the private screened in, heated swimming pool.  Directly behind the house is Florida conservation land, giving you added privacy.

Sunset Lakes is our gated community, which Includes a community pool, and children's play area.  We are located 4 miles (10 minutes) from Disney, and 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

This is our vacation home, not just another rental home, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
